London Workplace Conference 2022

Friday 25 March 2022

Stonewall’s Workplace Conference is back!

Are you looking to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion in your workplace? Grow your network and learn insights from leading inclusion experts at our Workplace Conference 2022.

For over a decade, our Workplace Conference has been Europe’s leading event for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace, offering a unique opportunity to hear from experts and leaders in equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI), and professionals committed to LGBTQ+ equality.

We’re back and better than ever on Friday 25 March, with our first in-person event in three years.

Join us at etc. Venues London County Hall or online for a day of interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, and networking opportunities with hundreds of professionals from public, private and third sectors, in a welcoming environment of likeminded individuals.

This event is open to all, but is most suited to those working in EDI, HR, members of LGBTQ+ staff networks, and those with a responsibility or interest in LGBTQ+ inclusion.

What’s on at the Workplace Conference?

The Stonewall Workplace Conference is the only event where you can:

  • Learn and share best practice on LGBTQ+ inclusion in our interactive workshops, led by Stonewall experts and our community partners
  • Build practical action plans that are tailored to your context, addressing current issues facing diversity & inclusion professionals and LGBTQ+ staff and allies
  • Network with likeminded professionals from across a range of sectors, in-person and/or online

The Covid-19 pandemic has completely changed the way that we think about work – and with it, how we take care of ourselves and our colleagues.

This year’s conference will focus on centring wellbeing in LGBTQ+ equality: understanding the positive impact that inclusive workplaces have on mental wellbeing, and in turn, how they can help us all to reach our potential.

We’re delighted that Minister for Equalities Mike Freer MP (he/him) will be joining us as one of our keynote speakers for the Conference. Freer is lead minister on the upcoming ban of conversion therapy and is supporting delivery of the UK’s first global LGBT rights conference this summer. We’ll be announcing more speakers soon.

Check out the full programme to explore the sessions on offer, so you can tailor your day with us.
