For over a decade, Stonewall's Workplace Conference has been Europe’s leading event for LGBTQ+ inclusion.
Join us on Friday 17 March - 09.30-16.30 at etc. Venues London County Hall or online for a day of interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, and networking opportunities with hundreds of professionals from public, private and third sectors.
This event is open to all, but is most suited to those working in EDI, HR, members of LGBTQ+ staff networks, and those with a responsibility or interest in LGBTQ+ inclusion.
What’s on at the Workplace Conference?
This year's theme is Building Momentum. Together we'll explore how you can put people at the heart of inclusive workplaces. The Stonewall Workplace Conference is the only event where you can:
- Learn and share best practice on LGBTQ+ inclusion in our interactive workshops, led by Stonewall experts and our community partners
- Build practical action plans that are tailored to your context, addressing current issues facing diversity & inclusion professionals and LGBTQ+ staff and allies
- Network with likeminded professionals from across a range of sectors
Keynote speaker

We’re delighted that Maria Exall, President of the Trades Union Congress will be joining us as one of our keynote speakers for the Conference.
Maria is an experienced trade unionist who’ll join us to share her thoughts on our theme of 'Building Momentum'. Having chaired the TUC’s LGBT+ committee, she was elected as the TUC’s first out LGBTQ+ president in 2022.

In-person tickets get you access to a full day of workshops, speeches, and networking, as well as refreshments.
Diversity Champions programme members discount available:
Public and Third Sector Diversity Champions Member: £360 + VAT
Private Sector Diversity Champions Member: £410 + VAT
Digital Tickets - £190 + VAT
Access a select range of sessions and workshops remotely. As an online delegate you will join through a dedicated platform and be able to rewatch the sessions after the event has finished. You’ll have the same opportunity to be involved in the sessions who attend in person.
