This policy applies to all bookings made for a Stonewall Allies or Trans Allies programme, whether the programme is being delivered online or in person.
Cancellations made up to and including 20 working days or more before the event will be charged at 50% of the booking cost.
Cancellations made less than 20 working days of the event will be charged 100% of the booking cost.
Cancellations must be made by email to Nish Vasco-Knight: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event of a named delegate being unable to attend, we will accept substitution of another delegate up to three working days ahead of the event date.
